Fantastic service from Dental on the Banks. In-depth first appointment with the dentist, and then my subsequent appointment for my small filling was great. As someone that is slightly nervous going for dental procedures, I felt at ease especially seeing as it was all done so fast!

I couldn't have picked a better place to have my Invisalign journey done. All of the staff are so kind and thoughtful and even take the time to get to know you whilst having catchups each session. Consistently positive and extra helpful throughout the whole process, and are always available for assistance with fast responses. All of the Doctors are always looking to perfect your smile wherever they can and I'm delighted with the results, with a special mention to Dr Paula whole was a gem throughout. I know for the future any appointments, consultations or issues with my teeth I will come to Dental on the Banks.

I've been going to Dental on the Banks for the last 3 years and honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. While they may be slightly more expensive than some other dentists in Bournemouth or Poole, the level of care and service is on a completely different level. Every single appointment has been smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. They've always been incredibly accommodating when I've needed to change appointments at short notice, and they even remember the days and times that work best for me when booking future check-ups. What really stands out is how comfortable they make you feel. Every filling, hygienist appointment, and check-up I've had has been genuinely pain-free, and the whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with a massive smile. If you're looking for a dentist where the service, care, and experience genuinely justify the price, I honestly couldn't recommend Dental on the Banks highly enough.

Absolute pleasure to deal with from the start. Great price too. Everyone is friendly, professional and accommodating. The facilities were 10/10 too. I could not fault any part of the process. Most importantly, chuffed with the results and highly recommend to anyone out there contemplating whether it's worth the money! It is!

I can't recommend Paula enough! She is incredibly kind, professional, and always such a pleasure to see at every appointment. What really stands out, though, are the amazing results; my hair reduction has been fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. She truly knows what she's doing and makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. Paula is the best!

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist… until Dental on the Banks! From the moment you walk in, the whole team makes you feel completely at ease. The reception staff are warm and welcoming, the hygienist is gentle and reassuring, and the dentist and nurses are incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They genuinely make what's usually a stressful experience feel calm, comfortable, and even pleasant. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I had composite bonding done with Dr Jason and I cannot speak highly enough of the service and result. Him and Martha were amazing throughout my treatment and ensuring I was always informed with what was going on the and the options available. Really lovely team! All the staff were friendly and helpful - explaining each part of the process carefully and making sure I was happy with each step. Lovely and warming place too, it makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the beginning, exactly what you need when going to the dentist!

An absolutely beautiful place. It's more like visiting a spa than a dentist but more importantly than the beautiful aesthetics was the service I received from the staff there. The lady who talked me through the whole process of Invisalign was an absolute delight, a consummate professional and very informative and patient with all my endless questions. Although the location is a bit out of the way for someone who relies on public transport I have no doubt in my mind that if I do decide to go ahead I will go nowhere else. A lot of businesses could learn a lot from this company about outstanding customer service because that is definitely what I received. I have confidence in this dental practice that I am in the hands of professional skilled dental staff and that my Invisalign journey with them will achieve amazing results that I will be very happy with. 5* service, 5* Practice. Fives across the board and would have no hesitation in recommending whatsoever. They also have an impressive amount of awards proudly on display which gives me even greater confidence. Dental on the Banks have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is always clearly explained. Staff are super helpful, friendly and really care about your journey. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. I now have lovely straight teeth, something I've always been conscious about. I can't praise all of the team at Dental on the Banks highly enough for such a warm friendly welcome (following a cracked rear tooth issue just before Christmas). Under the superb care of Dr John Krezel, I had crown preparation and a temporary one fitted. John was extremely reassuring about my anaesthetic chemical sensitivity concerns. The entire process was extremely smooth with no discomfort whatsoever and I am absolutely delighted with the finished result. I would not hesitate to recommend Dental on the Banks!

My experience with Dental on the Banks has so far been excellent. It is such a friendly, well run and sophisticated clinic. The first consultation with Dr Z. Yazdani-Khonakdar was very professional, pleasant and in-depth. She mended my big broken-off filling with a temporary one in the mad pre Christmas rush so I could enjoy eating all the food, thank you! This was followed up this month by Dr J Krezel who did an amazing job with my crown fitting. I felt at ease and pain free at all times with him and his dental assistant and the crown is just perfect! Thank you to everybody at Dental on the Banks.

Extremely competent team of dentists. I went there for an Invisalign treatment and also for an emergency treatment. They are competent, agreeable, helpful and fair. The practice is also extremely clean and agreeable. Also, their hygienist is unbelievable - I usually find it painful and unpleasant - but with her, It was the most pleasant experience - I was waiting for pain that never came, not once. I would recommend indeed the whole practice indeed

My first appointment. Staff is friendly. Liberty, the treatment coordinator is very patient, listening to my long history and concerns, explaining the treatment plan clearly. She answered all my queries and put me at ease. And promptly emailed me the treatment plan, etc by the time I got home.

Grace at Dental on the Banks performed Hygiene (Advanced) treatment on myself recently. She provided an excellent service with support and guidance on gum health. Grace is a real credit to the company. Excellent work.

I found them to be very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I made an appointment for discussion and felt no pressure whatsoever so ever to proceed with any treatment and was advised what may or may not be best!

Staff were so friendly, patient and helpful. A very detailed and thorough appointment where every step was explained really well and we were given multiple chances to ask any questions we may have. Would definitely recommend and very excited to see the end results for my son's straight teeth!
